According to customer feedback on the common problems of the combination scale, we have made a series of questions and answers summary to relieve the customer's doubts. The following is about the common signal matching problem of the combination scale.

Question: Why is the combination scale only blanked each time the request signal is disconnected?

Introduction: There are four kinds of request signal detection methods for Kenwei combination scale, which are: 0, pulse has memory; 1, pulse has no memory; 2. level has memory; 3. level has no memory. The pulse signal is valid for the falling edge (the moment when the request signal contact is turned from on to off); the level is valid on the rising edge (valid when the request signal contact is turned ON).

Analysis: 'Whenever the request signal is to be disconnected, the combination scale is to be unloaded'. Explanation 1. The request signal detection mode is set to 0 or 1 (the pulse falling edge is valid); The scale is used to detect the blanking,

Answer: Enter the system setting to set the request signal detection mode to 2 or 3 (valid when the level is on).

Question: When using the request signal detection mode 2, when the packaging machine stops, the combined scale will also discharge a package of materials to the packaging machine. When using the request signal detection mode 3, sometimes there will be a pause phenomenon. Why?

Introduction: The difference between pulse and level has memory and no memory. Memory means that the first request signal is received immediately after the first material discharge, and the combination scale is ready to be discharged immediately; and no memory refers to the first material discharge. Waiting for the next time the combination scale is ready to start receiving the request signal.

Analysis: With the request signal detection mode 2, the packaging machine has issued the next request signal before the machine stop, the combination scale will receive the request signal naturally; when the detection mode is 3, the combination scale is not ready, it will not receive the package. If the machine requests a signal, the combination scale must be ready to receive the request signal. When a combination scale has no qualified combination, it will be re-assembled. At this time, the packaging machine has not issued the next request signal, and the combination scale has already been When you are ready to wait, you will feel that the pause is a little longer.

Answer: Modify the request signal and action coordination program of the packaging machine. When the packaging machine stops packaging (press the stop button), the packaging machine judges whether the next request signal has been output. If there is no output yet, when the stop button is pressed, the packaging machine It can be stopped after the package is finished; if it has been output, the packaging machine must stop after packaging the next package when the stop button is pressed.

Question: The material drop is large. Sometimes, when the packaging machine is sealed, there are still materials falling into the material. How to deal with this situation?

Introduction: When the combination scale is combined with the vertical packaging machine , the 'discharge signal delay' parameter of the combination scale is more important. It refers to the immediate release of the request signal after receiving the packaging machine (when ready), and then At some time, the discharge signal is sent to the packaging machine to ensure that the material completely falls into the package and then sealed.

Analysis: There are two possibilities for the packaging machine. First, the packaging system is very fast, and the difference between the material package and the package is not obvious due to the drop factor of the material. Second, the combination scale is sent to the packaging machine. The material signal is too early, and the material has not completely fallen into the packaging bag and the packaging machine begins to seal.

Answer: Firstly reduce the packaging speed of the system, so that the material between the package and the package can be distinguished during the falling process, and then observe whether there is still a phenomenon of clamping; secondly, increase the delay of the discharging signal, and increase to the horizontal sealing of the packaging machine. After the next package, the material just falls into the bag.

Question: There are occasions when there are two packs of material in the bag during the operation. Sometimes there will be a phenomenon of entrainment, and sometimes it works well. Why?

Analysis: It has been observed that the request signal of the packaging machine belongs to the 'multiple interval' mode, that is, when the packaging machine issues the request discharge signal, two signals will be sent continuously, and then interval (depending on the packaging speed) and continuous Two request release signals are issued. Also check the request signal detection mode of the combination scale, the result is set to memory for the level, it is not difficult to infer and verify that when the combination scale runs coherent (high speed mode) and the speed is much larger than the packaging speed of the packaging machine, two packets will be generated. In the case of the material, due to material characteristics, the system works well when the operation is not continuous.

Answer: When the combination scale is running in high speed mode, the request signal detection mode is set to have memory, and the running speed is much larger than the packaging speed of the packaging machine, the second signal of the packaging machine discharge request signal is processed, and the result is two Package, entrainment, etc.; due to material characteristics, the second signal of the packaging machine's discharge request signal will not be processed when the combination scale is running inconsistently, and the result is good. Finally, the request signal detection mode of the combination weigher is set to ‘no memory’ and the high-precision mode results in good operation, and no problem such as entrainment occurs.
