Two head linear weigher for weighing 1000g washing powder
Two-head linear weigher s are ideal for accurately weighing and packaging regular-shaped dried food products such as tea, sugar, powder or beans, seeds, nuts, rice, spices, and confectionery, etc. The linear weigher operates by using a series of vibrating feeders that transport the product to individual weighing hoppers. Each weighing hopper is equipped with a load cell that measures the weight of the product as it is dispensed. The linear weighing machine then automatically adjusts the flow of the product to achieve the desired weight, ensuring consistency and accuracy in each package. The linear weigher machine weighing range is 1000g~12000g. Linear weighers are ideal when an assortment of products needs to be weighed on the same Machine. All contact parts are constructed in stainless steel. With a strapless vibratory feeding mode, it allows for real-time control of material flow to ensure accurate weighing.
