Single head linear weigher 20~2000g for granule
This type of dosing device is used for the dosing of regular shape products such as sugar, salt, seed, rice, etc. Generally, the linear weigher consists of vibrating channels, which feed the weighing hoppers with the product. The hoppers are attached to a weighing weigher, which performs the measuring of the weight of the product. After the measured weight in the hopper reaches the set value, the vibrating channel stops, giving time for the hopper to unload the dose to the packaging machine or other equipment. In addition, more advanced linear weighers have a mixing capability such as 2,3,4 head linear weigher. The linear weighers are very appropriate for the dosing of granulated products where the weight range on 20-2000g. If this weight is larger, we suggest the usage of a multi-head weigher or other machines.
