The system includes: Vibrator feeder, Z bucket conveyor, working platform,4 units 10 heads multihead weigher, vertical form fill seal machine, and finished products, conveyor. It is suitable for weighing granule, slice, roll, or irregular shape products such as tea, candy, seed, puffy food, pet food, frozen feeds, etc, It is also suitable for weighing small hardware and plastic components. Four combination weigher is weighed at the same time. According to the set weighing the weight of 25g, the set program will drop down from the chute into the bowl-shaped conveyor line in turn. In addition, the 4 units 10 heads combination weigher is weighing 25g tea and the speed is 33 P/M at the same time. Mixing formula is in high accuracy with one motherboard operation controller which has complementary function while ensuring the accuracy of the total weight. The mixed weight is transported through the conveyor line to the vertical form fill seal machine for sealing and packaging. Fully automatic finishing the whole process of feeding, weighing, filling bag, date printing, finished product output.
