Kenwei 24 heads multihead weighers are high-performance machines for precision weighing and the combination with technology known as multihead weighers or combination weighers, small granules products such as seeds, beans, and tea products just as effectively as extremely big shell products such as nuts or hardware. The 24-head multihead weigher weighs tea leaves, setting a weighing target of 50g, the weighing speed can reach 48 packs/min, and the accuracy is ±1g, which is very suitable for small weight weighing. The weight of each dosage is obtained by combining the weights of different weighing buckets. Using an algorithm, the weigher calculates in a few milliseconds the combination of weighing buckets that will deliver the exact amount of weight defined in the control system.
