And so a total of five Kenwei weighing systems were installed to ensure precision weighing of gummy candy in the new factory:16 Heads multihead weighers , vertical form fill seal, inclined conveyor, working platform and check weigher s. The gummy candy is fed to the weighing system via Kenwei vibration chutes and elevated to the weigher. A huge advantage of the weigher design is the detectable hoppers. On the 16-head weighers, pack sizes of 10g to 1500g are weighed with an output of 60~100 weighings per minute.
