On January 28, 2019, Kenwei held its 2018 Annual Work Summary Meeting and Staff Annual Dinner at the Hongtu Hall, Fusha International Trade Yihao Hotel. Nearly 200 employees gathered to celebrate the company’s accomplishments over the past year and to look forward to future growth and opportunities.
As we bid farewell to the past year and welcome a new one, this moment was filled with joy and unity. The gathering celebrated the dedicated efforts of all employees and the strong leadership that led Kenwei through another year of challenges and success. 2018 was a memorable year—bringing not only achievements and growth but also valuable lessons and perseverance.
After lighthearted games and entertainment, General Manager Mr. Yin Yunbing delivered a key speech summarizing the company’s performance in 2018 and setting the vision for 2019. Mr. Yin emphasized that although 2018 presented major challenges—particularly in the second half due to changing market dynamics—Kenwei managed to achieve a 6% increase in total orders compared to the previous year. This success is a testament to the team’s resilience, collaboration, and determination.
Kenwei has now completed 12 years of progress. None of it would have been possible without dedicated staff and strategic leadership. Mr. Yin’s leadership and encouragement continue to inspire confidence in the future. With a united workforce and strong guidance, Kenwei is poised for even greater success in 2019.
To recognize exceptional contributions, the company presented a series of awards including “Outstanding Employee of the Year” and “Excellent Management of the Year.” These honors reflect Kenwei’s ongoing commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence across all departments.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the “10 Years of Dedication Award”—a heartfelt tribute to veteran employees who have stood by Kenwei through over a decade of development. Their loyalty, perseverance, and unwavering support are invaluable assets to the company.
