Z Type Bucket Conveyor for Food Conveying and Handling Applications
The Z type conveyor features a vertical transportation design, making it ideal for factories with limited floor space and low to medium production flow. We offer two structural material options: durable carbon steel or hygienic 304 stainless steel, with food-grade PP material used for the feed hopper to ensure safety in food processing. This Z-type bucket conveyor is widely used for transporting grains, food products, animal feed, chemical materials, and more. The conveyor height is adjustable to meet specific production needs and can be seamlessly integrated with multihead weighers or linear weighers for efficient handling of dry goods, significantly enhancing production efficiency and automation.

Feature
● Using a frequency converter to drive the motor, it has overload, short circuit and other protection functions, effectively protecting the motor, chain and hopper. At the same time, the frequency converter can be used to adjust the speed according to the system application capacity.
● The conveying hopper adopts food grade plastic mold forming process to meet the material conveying application in the food industry, with strong pressure bearing capacity.
● Hopper pin hole insertion type easy to disassemble structure, convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance.
● The motor transmission adopts a clutch protection device to prevent overload, abnormal jamming and other protective functions, effectively protecting the motor, chain and hopper from mechanical damage.
● The material contact surface of the vibrating feeding tray adopts a solid stainless steel surface without screw installation holes, which is more stable in structure and convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance, improving the hygiene level.
