The whole system includes a Z conveyor, combination weigher, working platform, divert device(one to two spout), filling and conveying line, and is also equipped with a liftable spout.
The filling system uses a standard 14 head combination weigher equipped with high-specification and high-precision sensors. The machine frame is made of food-grade 304 bright stainless steel, which can not only ensure the smooth vibration of dried fish but also achieve product safety and hygiene. The dimple plate is adopted to reduce buffering and effectively maintain the integrity of dried fish. At the same time, the 14 head multihead weigher is also suitable for weighing all kinds of pet food, puffed food, and snack food. It can be equipped with check weighers, food metal detectors, finished product conveyors, and other equipment according to customer needs.
