Automatic double vertical packing machine includes high speed 14 heads multihead weigher, working platform, vertical form fill seal machine, vibrator feeder conveyor, rotary collecting table, vibrator feeder, Z conveyor, and so on. The high-speed 14 heads multihead weigher consists of a series of hoppers that rice is poured into. At high speed, the multi-head weigher’s inbuilt automatically calculates which hoppers collectively contain closest to the target weight of the package, and the rice is dispensed from those hoppers into the package. This helps ensure that completed products are as close as possible to the specified weight on the package.
