Vertical form fill seal (VFFS) system with counting multi-head weigher
The system is composed of counting combination weigher and inclined conveyor, vertical form fill seal(VFFS), and metal detector.
Counting multihead weigher: Equipped with both weighing and counting software; It is specially designed for counting projects, such as tea bags, coffee bags, cereal and soybean, milk powder, hardware, plastic, etc.
Inclined conveyor: This Inclined Conveyor is for lifting material. It is suitable for large particle material conveying and suitable for a wide range of free-flowing product conveying.
Vertical form fill seal(VFFS): Filling Form-Fill-Seal machine VFFS is characterized by compact structure, a complete range of packaging machines, and auxiliary equipment, which are adaptable to a wide range of materials, space-saving.
Metal detector: metal detector produced by Kenwei can be used to meet different environmental requirements. Depending on the characteristics of the different materials, we have developed a range of horizontal metal testing machines (wire entrainment for finished or missing products) and a range of metal drop testers (for semi-finished powder, bulk metal) to detect product entrainment or loss.
