Combined weighing,detecting and packaging machine with Z conveyor
The system is composed of a mini combination weigher, a throat metal detector, a vertical form fill seal machine, a Z-type conveyor, and a rotary collecting table. It’s suitable for small particle materials, such as coffee beans, candies, etc., with a weighing range of 2-200g. According to the material, the maximum weighing and packaging speed is 60 bags/min, and the hopper capacity can reach up to 500ml. The entire weighing and packaging system is automated from feeding, weighing, detecting, packaging, printing, and product delivery. It is the first choice for customers with a small plant area. Other than the obvious control of labor costs, quality can be more consistent, and throughput can be optimized.
