65bags/min 14 head combination weigher packing machine for 9.8g chopped Chinese medicine tablets
This system is composed of a Z elevator, 14-head combination weigher, vertical form fill seal machine(VFFS), and finished product conveyor. The chopped Chinese tablets are manually poured into the vibrating feeder, and transported by the conveyor to the combination weigher for weighing. After the weighing is completed, they enter the vertical form fill seal machine for sealing and packaging, and the packaged tablets are transported by the finished product conveyor. The speed of weighing and packaging is 65 bags/min, and the accuracy is ±0.3g. The whole system is not only suitable for weighing Chinese herbal medicine tablets, but also suitable for small weighing, such as tea and coffee beans.
