It has a wide range of suitable film materials such as various laminate films and a single-layer PE film with a film thickness ranging from 0.04mm to 0.15mm. It is often used as a packaging machine for a variety of snack foods, deep-frozen foods, milk powder, coffee, oatmeal, sugar, salt, puffed food, rice, herbs, tea, hardware, etc.
Its frame material is 304 stainless steel and is equipped with blue see-through plexiglass doors, and a special electric slot fission rotary man-machine interface. It also has door opening protection and an automatic stop function. At the same time, its PLC automatic alarm function ensures a safe and stable operation of the machine.
It is equipped with a bag-making machine for automatic bag making. The bag layout type is vertical, and the collar shape of the bag is a concave and convex cuff collar. It can be used for horizontal sealing as well as vertical sealing. It has a servo motor for horizontal sealing and a dynamic sealing strip for continuous heating under constant temperature. Moreover, it has a cylinder for vertical sealing and its standard vertical sealing method is clamping seal, and the sealing strip type is continuous heating with great constant temperature control.
