There is an adjustable powder attached isolation plug in the circular hole, and the powder device can be adjusted by adjusting the distance from the top of the plug and the cylindrical surface of the dispensing tray (ie the hole depth). The rear end of the sub-packing plate has the same number of holes as the powder-loading holes and is connected with the powder-loading holes. By means of the distribution plate, it is connected with vacuum and compressed air to realize the powder suction and discharge of the sub-packaging head in the intermittent rotation. The main factors affecting the powder packaging error are: the radial runout when the dispensing head rotates makes the dispensing surface unevenly divided; the beating of the rear end surface of the dispensing head causes leakage and collusion of vacuum and compressed air; the outer surface of the dispensing head is rough and uneven. The powder adheres to the powder; the inner surface of the dispensing hole is rough and adheres to the powder; the indexing of the dispensing hole is not allowed to make the powder unload outside the bottle mouth; the dispensing hole is not round, so that the powder is sucked away when the powder is loaded; the inner cavity of the dispensing head is eight sides The shape and axis are not perpendicular to cause gas leakage; the powder isolation plug is too loose or too dense; the compressed air pressure is unstable, causing the flow rate to be too large or too small; changes in the particle size, water content and fluidity of the powder cause changes in the powder density.
